摘 要:目的 探讨多沙普仑联合高水平呼气末正压(PEEP)通气对急性呼吸衰竭患者血气指标的影响。方法 选取2018年1月至2020年1月我院收治的72例急性呼吸衰竭患者,随机分为两组。在常规对症治疗基础上,对照组给予高水平PEEP通气治疗,观察组给予多沙普仑联合高水平PEEP通气治疗。比较两组的血气指标、机械通气时间和住院时间。结果 治疗24 h后,两组的PaO_(2)水平均显著高于治疗前,PaCO_(2)水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组的PaO_(2)水平显著高于对照组,PaCO_(2)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的机械通气时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 多沙普仑联合高水平PEEP通气治疗可显著改善急性呼吸衰竭患者的血气指标,缩短患者的机械通气时间和住院时间,促进患者康复。Objective To explore the impact of doxapram combined with high-level positive end-expiratory pressure(PEEP) ventilation on blood gas indicators of patients with acute respiratory failure. Methods 72 patients with acute respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. On the basis of routine symptomatic treatment, the control group was treated with high-level PEEP ventilation, and the observation group was treated with doxapram combined with high-level PEEP ventilation. The blood gas indicators, mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results After 24 hours of treatment, the PaO_(2)levels in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the PaCO_(2)levels were significantly lower than those before treatment(P <0.05);The PaO_(2)level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the PaCO_(2)level was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). The mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Doxapram combined with high-level PEEP ventilation therapy can significantly improve the blood gas indicators of patients with acute respiratory failure, shorten the mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time, and promote the recovery of patients.
