摘　　要：目的 探讨超声引导下EnCor真空辅助乳腺穿刺引流术治疗哺乳期乳腺脓肿的效果。方法 110例哺乳期乳腺脓肿患者随机分为两组,对照组采用切开引流术治疗,观察组采用超声引导下EnCor真空辅助乳腺穿刺引流术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的手术指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的ICAM-1、 TNF-α水平均低于对照组,外观满意度、疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 超声引导下En Cor真空辅助乳腺穿刺引流术治疗哺乳期乳腺脓肿患者可获得显著效果。Objective To explore the effect of ultrasound-guided EnCor vacuum-assisted breast aspiration and drainage in the treatment of breast abscesses during lactation. Methods 110 patients with breast abscesses during lactation were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with incision and drainage, and the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided EnCor vacuum-assisted breast aspiration and drainage. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The surgical indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of ICAM-1 and TNF-α of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the appearance satisfaction degree score and pain score were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Ultrasound-guided EnCor vacuum-assisted breast aspiration and drainage in the treatment of breast abscesses during lactation can achieve significant effect.
