摘　　要：目的 探讨仰卧位麻醉通气管理应用于双侧大腿吸脂手术患者的效果。方法 60例双侧大腿吸脂手术患者随机分为两组,观察组实施仰卧位麻醉通气管理,对照组实施常规麻醉通气管理。结果 观察组通气治疗后的MAP、 HR均高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 仰卧位麻醉通气管理应用于双侧大腿吸脂手术患者效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of anesthesia ventilation management in supine position applied in patients with bilateral thigh liposuction. Methods 60 patients with bilateral thigh liposuction were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group received anesthesia ventilation management in supine position, and the control group received routine anesthesia ventilation management.Results The MAP and HR after ventilation treatment of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, and the satisfaction degree was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Anesthesia ventilation management in supine position applied in patients with bilateral thigh liposuction has significant effect.
