摘  要:目的 探讨清热通淋剂联合盐酸坦索罗辛对输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术患者术后排石效果的影响。方法 90例行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗的泌尿系结石患者随机分为两组,对照组术后采用盐酸坦索罗辛治疗,试验组术后采用清热通淋剂联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、结石排出情况及不良反应。结果 试验组的治疗总有效率、结石排尽率均高于对照组,结石排出时间短于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术后采用清热通淋剂联合盐酸坦索罗辛能够明显提升治疗效果,缩短结石排出时间,提高结石排尽率,减少不良反应的发生。Objective To explore the impact of Qingre Tonglin Decoction combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride on postoperative stone removal effect of patients with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods 90 patients with urinary calculi treated by ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride after surgery,and the experimental group was treated with Qingre Tonglin Decoction combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride after surgery. The therapeutic effect, stone excretion situation and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate and stone excretion rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the stone excretion time was shorter than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions After ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy, the use of Qingre Tonglin Decoction combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, shorten the stone excretion time, improve the stone excretion rate, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
