摘  要:目的 探讨矩形微型钢板内固定术治疗近节指骨骨折的临床效果。方法 88例近节指骨骨折患者随机分为两组各44例,对照组采用直形微型钢板内固定术治疗,研究组采用矩形微型钢板内固定术治疗,比较两组的临床疗效和并发症。结果 两组的手术时间、骨折完全愈合率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后,研究组的术指功能优良率显著高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 与直形微型钢板内固定术相比,矩形微型钢板内固定术治疗近节指骨骨折患者可更有效促进手指功能恢复,减少并发症的发生,但在缩短手术时间及促进骨折完全愈合方面并无明显优势。Objective To explore the clinical effect of rectangular microplate internal fixation in the treatment of proximal phalanx fracture. Methods 88 patients with proximal phalanx fracture were randomly divided into two groups, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with straight microplate internal fixation, and the study group was treated with rectangular microplate internal fixation. The clinical efficacy and complications were compared between the two groups. Results No significant difference was found in the operation time and complete fracture healing rate between the two groups(P >0.05). After surgery, the excellent and good rate of affected finger function in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Compared with straight microplate internal fixation, rectangular microplate internal fixation in the treatment of proximal phalanx fracture can more effectively promote the recovery of finger function and reduce the incidence of complications, but it has no obvious advantage in shortening the operation time and promoting complete fracture healing.
