摘　　要：目的 分析心理护理对超声医学影像科门诊患者焦虑状态及依从性的影响。方法 选择2019年12月至2020年12月在我院超声医学影像科检查的142例门诊患者,随机分为两组各71例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施心理护理。比较两组的焦虑情绪、依从性及护理满意度。结果 护理后,观察组的HAMA评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的总依从率高于对照组(97.18%vs. 81.69%, P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(92.96%vs. 77.46%, P<0.05)。结论 心理护理可有效改善超声医学影像科门诊患者的焦虑状态,提高其检查依从性和护理满意度。Objective To analyze the impact of psychological nursing on anxiety state and compliance of outpatients in ultrasound medical imaging department. Methods 142 outpatients who were examined in the ultrasound medical imaging department of our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 71 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. The anxiety emotion, compliance and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the HAMA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). The overall compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(97.18% vs. 81.69%, P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(92.96% vs. 77.46%, P <0.05). Conclusions Psychological nursing can effectively improve the anxiety state of outpatients in ultrasound medical imaging department, and improve their examination compliance and nursing satisfaction degree.
