摘  要:某石化企业芳烃抽提装置在生产过程中存在进料芳烃含量、进料温度、溶剂温度等参数变化的扰动因素,影响产品质量的控制。针对该问题,芳烃抽提装置采用了先进控制系统DMCPlus。介绍了先进控制的基本原理、芳烃抽提装置工艺流程,分析了芳烃抽提装置控制目标,阐述了芳烃抽提装置控制方案设计及控制器组态。先进控制系统投用后,提高了芳烃抽提装置运行的平稳性,降低了装置能耗,减轻了操作人员的工作量,提高了产品收率。In the production of an aromatic extraction installation in a petrochemical company, there are disturbance factors of control parameters such as the content of aromatics, temperature in feeding material, solvent temperature and other parameters, which affect the control of product quality. Aiming at these problems, an advanced control system DMCPlus is adopted in the aromatics extraction installation. The basic theory of advanced control and the process flowchart of aromatics extraction installation are introduced first, the control objectives for the aromatics extraction installation is analyzed, and the control scheme design and controller configuration are expounded. After the advanced control system is put into use, the operation stability of the aromatics extraction installation is improved. The energy consumption and workload of operators are reduced, the product yield is increased.
