摘 要:海上油气平台生产中必须使用火焰探测器对潜在的危险区域进行火灾监测,以保证人身、财产和生产设施的安全,火焰探测器的布置目前尚无明确的定量分析和布置方法。介绍了火焰探测器的表决机制,分析不同探测器数量和定位条件下的典型油气生产设备单元区域的火焰探测器覆盖率,并在此基础上优化火焰探测器的布置方法,编制适用于不同面积区域的火焰探测器布置方式推荐表,为火焰探测器量化布置方法的进一步研究提供参考和依据。In the production of offshore oil and gas platform, flame detector must be used to monitor the fire in the potentially dangerous areas to ensure the safety of people, property and production facilities. There is no clear quantitative analysis and layout method for flame detector. The voting mechanism for the flame detector is introduced. The coverage fraction of flame detectors in typical oil and gas production equipment unit areas under different number of detectors and positioning conditions is analyzed. The layout method of flame detectors is optimized on this basis. The recommended layout table of flame detectors suitable for different areas is compiled. It provides reference and basis for further research on quantitative layout method of flame detectors.
