摘　　要：为了进一步降低原辅材料和能源消耗,减少污染物的排放,提高生产和管理水平,达到“节能、降耗、减污、增效”的目的。各企业应积极开展清洁生产评估,对能耗、物耗、产排污等状况进行分析,评估各工段清洁水平,以减轻对环境的污染破坏。In order to further reduce the consumption of raw and auxiliary materials and energy,reduce the emission of pollutants,improve the level of production and management,and achieve the purpose of"energy conservation,consumption reduction,pollution reduction and efficiency increase".All enterprises shall actively carry out cleaner production assessment,analyze energy consumption,material consumption,production and sewage discharge,and assess the cleanliness level of each section,so as to reduce pollution and damage to the environment.
