摘　　要：丁腈医用手套生产废水具有生化性差、悬浮物多、水量大、色度高、生物毒性等特点。采用“气浮+臭氧氧化+水解酸化+两级A/O+二沉+砂滤”的组合工艺处理该废水,并介绍了主要构筑物设计参数、运行情况及效益分析。调试运行结果标明,该工艺处理出水能够达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A排放标准。The wastewater from the production of nitrile medical gloves has the characteristics of poor biochemistry,large amount of suspended solids,large amount of water,high chroma,biological toxicity and so on.The combined process of"air flotation+ozone oxidation+hydrolytic acidification+two-stage A/O+secondary sedimentation+sand filtration"is used to treat the wastewater.The design parameters,operation and benefit analysis of main structures are introduced.The commissioning and operation results show that the effluent treated by this process can meet the class I a discharge standard in the discharge standard of pollutants for urban sewage treatment plants.
