摘　　要：超低排放是指火电厂燃煤锅炉在发电运行、末端治理等过程中,采用多种污染物高效协同脱除集成系统技术,使其大气污染物排放浓度基本符合燃气机组排放限值,即烟尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物排放浓度(基准氧含量6%)分别不超过5mg/m^(3)、35mg/m^(3)、50mg/m^(3)。排放标准随着社会的发展进步、技术的提升,还会越来越严格,企业的运行成本压力也会越来越大,因此需要企业持续创新,深度革新挖潜,精益化生产。Ultra-low emission means that in the process of power generation,operation and terminal treatment of coal-fired boilers in thermal power plants,the integrated system technology of efficient coordinated removal of various pollutants is adopted to make the emission concentration of air pollutants basically meet the emission limits of gas units.That is,the emission concentrations of soot,sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide(base oxygen content of 6%)shall not exceed 5mg/m^(3),35mg/m^(3) and 50mg/m^(3) respectively.With the development and progress of society and the improvement of technology,the emission standard will be higher and higher,and the operating cost pressure of enterprises will be greater and greater.It is urgent for enterprises to continue innovation,deepen innovation to tap potential and lean production.
