摘  要:本文针对某220kV变电站对开关开展机械特性试验时断路器合闸时间超标的异常事件进行分析与总结。介绍异常事件发生经过,通过现场试验分析,结合变电站3AQ型断路器的合闸数据及三相极柱解体情况,初步确定此次异常事件是由灭弧室内分闸位置弧触指与分闸位置静触头导电杆摩擦力过大引起的。为保证变电站运行的稳定性,避免此类事件的再次发生,本文对220kV变电站开关合闸异常事件的处理相关措施进行了相应总结。This paper analyzes and summarizes the abnormal event that the circuit breaker closing time exceeds the standard when the mechanical characteristic test of the switch is carried out in a 220 kV substation.The occurrence of the abnormal event is introduced.Through field test analysis, combined with the closing data of the substation 3 AQ circuit breaker and the disassembly of the three-phase pole, it is preliminarily determined that the abnormal event is caused by the arc contact finger and opening of the opening position in the arc extinguishing chamber.It is caused by excessive friction of the conductive rod of the static contact.In order to ensure the stability of substation operation and avoid the recurrence of such incidents, this article summarizes the relevant measures for handling abnormal events of 220 kV substation switch closing.
