摘 要:开发鱼友型水轮机是提升水电工程建设对流域生态友好程度的主要措施之一。文章以新型混流式鱼友型水轮机模型为研究对象,基于CFD数值模拟技术,分别选择SST及k-ε两种湍流模型对水轮机全流场进行数值模拟计算,同时利用水力机械模型试验台对该模型水轮机进行模型试验研究,获得水轮机模型的综合特性曲线,以验证数值模拟的真实可靠性。数值计算结果与模型试验结果进行对比分析发现,SST湍流模型及k-ε湍流模型的水力特性曲线吻合程度很好,且与模型试验结果所生成的曲线趋势相同,误差在允许范围内,验证了两种湍流模型均适用该混流式鱼友型水轮机模型的水力性能模拟计算。The development of fish-friendly turbine is one of the main measures to improve eco-friendly degree of hydropower projects. This paper takes the new fish-friendly mixed-flow turbine model as the research object. Based on CFD numerical simulation technology, two turbulence models, SST and k-ε, are selected to simulate and calculate the whole flow field of the turbine. At the same time, hydraulic mechanical model test bench is used to study the model of the hydraulic turbine, and comprehensive characteristic curve of the hydraulic turbine model is obtained to verify the authenticity and reliability of the numerical simulation. Comparing the numerical results with the model test results, it is found that hydraulic characteristic curves of the SST turbulence model and the k-ε turbulence model are in good agreement with the curve trend generated by the model test results, and error is within allowable range. It is verified that both turbulence models are suitable for the hydraulic performance simulation calculation of the fish-friendly mixed-flow turbine model.
