摘　　要：目的对理筋调脊通络法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效进行观察分析。方法将120例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成观察组和对照组各60例,观察组采用理筋调脊通络法治疗,对照组给予常规推拿治疗,治疗14 d。比较两组患者临床疗效、VAS评分、JOA评分、复发率。结果治疗后观察组有效率显著高于对照组、复发率低于对照组,VAS评分、JOA评分改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论理筋调脊通络法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,可明显减轻患者症状,改善生活质量,操作简便、安全,具有很好的推广价值。Objective To study and summarize the efficacy of Lijin-tiaoji-tongluo method in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 120 patients with LDH were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was given Lijin-tiaoji-tongluo method,and the control group was given conventional massage treatment.All patients were treated for 14 d.The clinical efficacy,VAS score,JOA score,recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group,the improvement of VAS score and JOA score in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Lijin-tiaoji-tongluo method in the treatment of LDH is effective,which can significantly reduce symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients,and this therapy can be simply operated and is safe,which has good application prospect.
