摘  要:为探究胡枝子属植物的抗旱机制,对三种胡枝子植物采用苗期15%PEG溶液胁迫不同时间梯度(0 h、6.5 h、13 h、19.5 h、26 h),进行生理指标的测定。结果表明:随着胁迫时间的延长,尖叶胡枝子和牛枝子的幼苗相对含水量均呈现下降趋势,达乌里胡枝子在各个处理梯度上的相对含水量无显著变化(P>0.05);与对照相比,3种胡枝子的SOD活性都发生了不同程度的提高,但不同植物的生理响应不同。3种胡枝子在各个时间梯度处理下的丙二醛含量与对照相比差异均不显著(P>0.05),表明经15%PEG溶液6.5 h~26 h的干旱胁迫,未对3种胡枝子的幼苗细胞膜造成显著伤害。To have a better understanding of the response mechanism of Lespedeza spp.to drought stress,three species of Lespedeza were measured for four physiological indicators associated with drought resistance by treating with 15%PEG stress for different times(0 h,6.5 h,13 h,19.5 h,26 h)at the seedling stage.The results showed that the relative water content of the seedlings of the L.hedysaroides and the L.potaninii presented a downward trend with the increase of the stress time,while that of the L.davurica had no significant change in same treatment(P>0.05);the SOD activity of the three species increased in different degrees compared with the control,however,the physiological responses were different for them;there was no significant difference in the content of malondialdehyde of the three species during the drought stress compared with the control(P>0.05),indicating that the drought stress of 15%PEG within the treating time did not damage the cell membrane of the seedlings;the relative conductivity of the seedlings of the three species all presented a downward trend when they were stressed for 6.5 h of 15%PEG,the mechanism was worth being further studied.
