摘 要:以内蒙古自治区包头市钢铁厂高炉渣为前驱体,采用共沉淀法合成了高炉渣基类水滑石,通过XRD、SEM、BET、BJH、DTA-TG等检测手段对样品进行表征,研究其对磷酸根离子的吸附性能。结果表明:实验合成了片状晶体结构的类水滑石,属于典型的LangmuirⅣ型介孔结构,比表面积为26.14 m^(2)·g^(-1);所合成类水滑石对磷酸根离子具有较强的吸附性能,吸附符合准二级动力学模型,属于多分子层吸附,是自发吸热过程。其中样品HTlc-2加入量为20 mg时,对25 mL的3000 mg·L^(-1)磷酸根离子吸附率为90.16%,吸附量可达2626.91 mg·g^(-1)。The blast furnace slag-based hydrotalcite was synthesized with co-precipitation method by using blast furnace slag from Inner Mongolia BaoTou Steel as precursor in the research.To investigate the adsorption properties to phosphate ions,the samples were characterized with X-ray diffraction(XRD),Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM),B.E.T method,B.J.H method,Differential Thermal Analysis-Thermo-Gravimetric Analysis(DTA-TG)and other assays.The results showed that the synthesized hydrotalcite-like structure with lamellar crystals was the typical Langmuir typeⅣmesoporous structure with a specific surface area of 26.14 m^(2)·g^(-1);it had strong adsorption to phosphate ions,and the adsorption process to phosphate ions was in accordance with the quasi-secondary kinetic model,belonging to the multi-molecular layer adsorption and a spontaneous process of heat absorption.The measurement indicated that when it was added at 20 mg,the adsorption rate of the sample HTlc-2 was 90.16%in 25 mL solution of 3000 mg·L^(-1) phosphate ions and the adsorption amount reached 2626.91 mg·g^(-1).
