摘  要:以桉木为原料,采用磷化-碳化两步法制备了碳基固体酸催化剂,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、N_(2)物理吸附-脱附仪(BET)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和程序升温脱附(NH_(3)-TPD)等仪器分析方法,对桉木碳基固体酸的结构特征及物化性质进行了表征。结果表明,随着浸渍磷酸溶液的浓度及碳化温度的增加,S_(BET)和V_(total)增大;当磷酸溶液浓度为3%、碳化温度为600℃时,S_(BET)为386.9 m^(2)·g^(-1),V_(total)为4.164cm^(3)·g^(-1),D_(pore)为4.30nm,总酸度达到0.51mmol·g^(-1),强酸位点酸量占比为45.2%,中强酸和弱酸酸量的占比分别为33.7%和21.1%。将EC3-600用于催化无水乙醇制乙烯,当反应温度为400℃、重时空速为3.5h^(-1)时,乙醇的转化率及乙烯的选择性分别为71.59%和99.53%,具有良好的催化性能。The carbon-based solid acid catalysts were prepared with eucalyptus by a two-step phosphorylation-carbonization method.The structural characteristics and physicochemical properties of carbon based solid acids from eucalyptus were characterized by SEM,XPS,BET,FT-IR and NH_(3)-TPD.As a result,at 3% of phosphoric acid concentration,600℃ of carbonization,the S_(BET),V_(Total )and D_(pore) of catalyst were 386.9m~2/g,4.164cm~3/g,4.30nm,respectively,and the total acidity was 0.51mmol/g.The percentage of the strong,medium,weak acid within total acid were 45.2%,33.7%,21.1 %,respectively.The conversion of ethanol and the selectivity of ethylene reached 71.59% and 99.53% at 400℃,WHSV of 3.5/h and atmospheric pressure with EC3-600,respectively.
