摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀护理在肝癌TACE治疗患者体位制动期间并发症及负性情绪中的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年6月收治的首次行TACE治疗的72例原发性肝癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组给予常规护理宣教,观察组在常规护理宣教基础上给予人文关怀护理。比较2组患者TACE术后腰背部疼痛(VAS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、出院护理满意度及出血、尿潴留的发生率。结果干预前2组患者疼痛、焦虑、抑郁得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后观察组腰背部疼痛、焦虑、抑郁得分低于对照组(P<0.05),出院护理满意度得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者出血、尿潴留发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肝癌TACE治疗期间实施人文关怀护理能够减轻患者焦虑、抑郁的负性情绪,缓解腰背部疼痛、降低尿潴留、出血的发生率,提高患者的满意度。Objective To investigate the effects of humanistic care nursing on the complications and negative emotions of patients with primary liver cancer during TACE treatment.Methods A total of 72 patients with primary liver cancer who were treated by TACE for the first time in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given conventional nursing education,however,those in observation group were given humanistic care nursing based on conventional nursing education.The scores of pain(VAS),anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),depression self-rating scale(SDS),nursing satisfaction degree,and the incidence of bleeding and urinary retention were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of pain,anxiety and depression between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of pain,anxiety,and depression in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),however,the satisfaction degree scores at discharging from hospital were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the incidence rates of bleeding and urinary retention in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care nursing for patients with primary liver cancer during TACE treatment can relieve the negative emotions including anxiety and depression,relieve the low back pain,decrease the incidence of urinary retention and bleeding,and improve the satisfaction degree of patients.
