摘　　要：目的探讨延伸心理护理对有机磷中毒患者临床效果及预后的影响。方法选择2018年及2019年夏忙季节(6~9月)急救的农村女性有机磷农药中毒30例,根据随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组。观察组15例患者给予常规护理和延伸心理护理,对照组15例患者给予常规护理;将2组的治疗效果进行比较(治愈率,病死率,并发症发生率,治疗依从性,患者满意度,焦虑、抑郁程度等)。结果观察组治愈率高于对照组,病死率低于对照组(χ^(2)=5.000 P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(χ^(2)=4.96 P<0.05)。治疗依存性高于对照组(Z=2.201,P<0.05),患者满意度高于对照组(Z=-3.390,P<0.05),观察组SAS(焦虑量表)评分、SDS(抑郁量表)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将延伸心理护理应用于急性有机磷农药中毒患者的治疗和护理中,可以有效缓解患者的不良情绪,提高患者的治疗依从性及满意度,促进疾病的康复。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of extended psychological nursing in treatment of organophosphorus poisoning,and its effects on the prognosis of patients.Methods A total of 30 female patients with organophosphorus poisoning who were treated in our hospital during busy summer season(June to September)in 2018 and 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 15 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing,however,those in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by extended psychological nursing.The curative effects,including cure rate,mortality,complication rate,treatment compliance,patient satisfaction,anxiety and depression degree,were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate and treatment complication rate as well as the satisfaction degree of patients in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,however,the fatality rate and the incidence of complications in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).In addition the SAS(anxiety scale)scores and SDS(depression scale)scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of extended psychological nursing in the nursing of patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning can effectively relieve the adverse emotions of patients,improve the treatment compliance and satisfaction degree of patients,so as to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
