无资料山区重点集镇山洪灾害风险评价——以浙江省文成县为例

摘　　要：为科学评定无资料山区山洪灾害风险,笔者以浙江省文成县7个重点集镇为研究对象,开展暴雨洪水计算、防洪现状评价、预警指标分析及危险区图绘制等研究工作,得出文成县7个山区重点集镇的防洪能力现状及相应的预警指标,可为当地提供科学的山洪灾害预警信息以及有针对性的山洪防御建设意见。In order to scientifically assess the risk of flash flood disasters in ungauged mountainous areas, the authors take seven key towns in Wencheng County, Zhejiang Province as the research objects, and carry out research work such as storm flood calculation, flood control status evaluation, early warning indicators analysis and dangerous area maps drawing. The flood control capacity status and corresponding early warning indicators of seven key towns in Wencheng County are obtained, which can provide scientific early warning information of flash flood disasters and targeted suggestions for flash flood defense construction.
