摘  要:小断面长隧洞开挖属地下作业,空间有限,施工难度大,施工风险高。为了提高小断面长隧洞开挖效率、加快施工进度、降低安全风险,以夹石坡隧洞为例,根据工程实际情况,选取钻爆法、水磨钻机和悬臂掘进机3种工艺进行生产性试验,通过从进度、质量、作业安全方面进行对比分析,最终选择采用悬臂掘进机工艺完成隧洞开挖,可为类似工程提供参考。The excavation of small-section long tunnel is an underground operation with limited space difficult,construction and high construction risk.In order to improve the excavation efficiency of small-section long tunnel,speed up the construction progress and reduce the safety risk,taking Jiashipo tunnel as an example,according to the actual situation of the project,three kinds of technologies,namely drilling and blasting method water drilling and boom roadheader,are selected for productive test.Through the comparative analysis of progress,quality and operation safety,the boom roadheader technology is finally selected to complete the tunnel excavation which can provide reference for similar projects.
