摘　　要：针对现有机动绞磨存在体积偏大、笨重、噪声大,搬运费时费力、成本高,不利于野外施工使用等问题,通过对结构设计和材料的优化,研制出一种体积小、质量轻、噪声小、操作便捷的轻便型电动绞磨。现场应用结果表明,该轻便型电动绞磨适用性强、结构紧凑、操作简便,能满足高压输电线路检修、建设使用的需要。该轻便型电动绞磨的通用性强,具有广泛的推广应用价值。Aiming at the problems of large volume,heavy weight,high noise,time-consuming and laborious handling,high cost and unfavorable to field construction and use of existing motor winch,a portable electric winch with small volume,light weight,low noise and convenient operation is developed by optimizing the structure design and material.The field application results show that the portable electric winch has strong applicability,compact structure and simple operation,which can meet the needs of high voltage transmission line maintenance and construction.The portable electric winch has strong versatility and wide application value.
