摘　　要：经过多年的实践,服务能力不足已成为制约高校图书馆服务水平和效率的主要障碍之一。探寻现阶段影响服务能力的核心因素,并提出相应的对策,有助于提升高校图书馆专利信息服务水平和效率。在分析现有国内外研究现状的基础上,整合相关领域的研究成果,综合专家访谈结果,构建包括外部环境、资源基础、运行机制和激励考核机制4个维度的指标体系。基于问卷调研获得的203份结果,经过模型修订后,运用层次分析法获取主要影响因素。研究发现,排名前五的影响因素分别是学校领导的重视、国家政策支持、专业交流及学习培训机会、学校职能部门的认可、经费投入。最后,针对核心影响因素,提出了对策建议,以提升高校图书馆专利信息服务能力。After years of practice,insufficient service capability has become one of the main obstacles restricting the service level and efficiency of academic libraries.By exploring the core factors that affect the patent information service capability,the study proposes corresponding countermeasures to provide a theoretical basis for improving the patent information service capability of academic libraries.On the basis of analyzing the existing research and integrating the research results in related fields along with the results of expert interviews and trial investigations,this paper builds the index system contributing factors from the aspects of policy,resources,operation mechanism and incentive mechanism.Based on 203 valid data obtained from the questionnaire survey and the revised model,this paper explores the key factors affecting the patent information service capability of academic libraries using the analytic hierarchy process.It shows that the top five factors affecting patent information service capability are the attention of school leaders,national policy support,professional training opportunities,recognition of functional departments and funding investment.Finally,several suggestions are put forward to improve the service capability.
