北美高校图书馆研究影响馆员队伍建设及启示

摘　　要：为促使高校科研成果更为可见易见,更快更好地转化,提升学术竞争力,研究梳理新兴出现的研究影响馆员与多种相关岗位的关系,调查北美高校图书馆研究影响馆员服务的开展情况,探索成功要素。研究发现,北美高校图书馆研究影响馆员主要职责内容包括用户学术档案建设与科研成果发表出版、传播交流、影响路径跟踪、影响评估和报告制定以及研究影响技巧传授等。高素质高要求的馆员队伍、立体化全方位的研究影响提升途径和嵌入式全周期的研究影响提升服务流程是其成功的三大要素。我国研究影响馆员队伍的建设要发展专业全职服务队伍、探索灵活的服务发展策略、增强影响力提升职能、营造学习型服务组织和制定合理考核激励机制等。In order to promote the university scientific research achievements more visible,faster and better transformation,the paper sorts out the relationship between emerging research impact librarian and various related positions,investigates its development in North American university libraries,and explores the factors for success.The research found that the main contents of the service include the construction of users’academic archives,the publication,dissemination and exchange of scientific research achievements,impact path tracking,impact evaluation and report preparation,as well as the teaching of research impact skills.The successful development of the position is inseparable from its three characteristics:high-quality and high-demand librarian team,three-dimensional and all-round service approach,and embedded full-cycle service flow.Its construction in China should develop professional service team,explore flexible service strategy,enhance the function of impact improvement service,create learning organization and formulate reasonable assessment mechanism.
