摘　　要：财政是有效衔接脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴的政策纽带。本文结合河南省沈丘县实践情况,对相关财税政策及实践经验进行梳理总结,为更好优化面向乡村振兴的财政政策,发挥财政有效衔接脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴的增量效应提出探讨。Finance is a policy lever to effectively link poverty alleviation and rural revitalization. Based on the practical situation of Shenqiu County, Henan Province, this paper combs and summarizes the relevant fiscal and tax policies and practical experience, so as to better optimize the fiscal policy facing rural revitalization, and give full play to the incremental effect of the effective fiscal connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
