摘　　要：我国硕士研究生奖学金项目经历了单一的人民助学金、人民助学金和奖学金并行、多元综合资助及全面资助四个阶段。通过梳理现阶段我国“双一流”高校奖学金项目的设置情况发现,研究生奖学金项目呈现出注重科研创新培养、支持基础学科发展、统筹各类资源、形成多样化资助等特点。研究生奖学金项目应不断完善,适应新形势下研究生教育的发展。The scholarship program for postgraduate students in China has experienced four stages: single people’s need-based grant, coexistence of the people’s need-based grant and scholarship, multiple grants and comprehensive grant. Through analyzing the current situation of the“double first-class”university scholarship programs in China, it is found that the graduate scholarship programs are characterized by attaching importance to the cultivation of scientific research innovation, supporting the development of basic disciplines, coordinating all kinds of resources and forming diversified funding. Graduate scholarship programs should be constantly improved to adapt to the development of graduate education under the new situation.
