摘  要:国外已成功将氧化钇基透明陶瓷应用于医疗检测、工业无损探测等辐射探测器以及红外窗口和激光增益介质等方面。但国内透明陶瓷研究起步较晚,相关技术不成熟,制备的氧化钇透明陶瓷的光学质量较低、尺寸较小。要得到高透过率的氧化钇透明陶瓷就必须采用性能良好的粉体作为烧结原料。为突破技术壁垒,人们亟需探究先进的陶瓷粉体制备技术,制备出纳米尺寸、较窄的粒径分布、形状均一、化学纯度高和分散性好的粉体。同时通过优化烧结制度,消除气孔、第二相和杂质等造成光散射的因素,解决陶瓷内部微观结构均匀性,制备出大尺寸、光学质量优异、满足性能要求的氧化钇透明陶瓷。Yttria oxide(Y2O3)-based transparent ceramics have been successfully applied to medical detection,industrial non-destructive detection and other radiation detectors,infrared windows and laser gain media in foreign countries.However,due to the late start of domestic research and the immature technologies,the prepared Y2O3transparent ceramics have lower optical quality and smaller size.To obtain Y2O3transparent ceramics with high transmittance,it is necessary to use powder with good performance as the raw material.To break through the technical barriers,we urgently need to explore advanced ceramic powder preparation technology to synthesize the powder with nano-size,narrower particle size distribution,uniform shape,high chemical purity and good dispersibility.Meanwhile,we need to optimize the sintering system to eliminate the factors that cause light scattering such as pores,second phases and impurities,and to solve the uniformity of internal microstructure of the ceramic for preparing Y2O3transparent ceramics with large size,excellent optical quality to meet requirements.
