摘  要:采用乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷和纳米二氧化钛对密胺海绵进行表面处理,得到疏水吸油海绵。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜和水接触角对改性海绵的表面进行表征,并对其吸油性能和重复利用率进行了研究。结果表明:所制备海绵的水接触角为140.5°,对各种油类和有机溶剂具有优异的吸附能力(66.2~132.7 g/g),对甲苯乳液和正己烷乳液的分离效率分别达到98.96%和96.03%,并具有较高的重复使用性。该吸油材料具有反应条件温和、制备工艺简单等优点。Hydrophobic oil-absorbing material was obtained by modifying melamine sponge with vinyl trimethoxysilane and TiO2nanoparticles.The surface properties of modified sponges were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,attenuated total reflection-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and contact angle meter.The oil absorption capacity and the reusability of obtained sponges were investigated.The modified melamine sponge shows hydrophobicity with the water contact angel of 140.5°,and exhibits excellent absorption capacity for various oils and organic solvents(66.2-132.7 g/g).In addition,the separation efficiency of modified sponge for toluene emulsion and n-hexane emulsion reaches 98.96% and96.03%,respectively.This preparation method of the oil absorbing material has the advantages of mild reaction conditions and simple preparation process.
