摘  要:为了提高企业消防安全管理水平,从人-机-环-管四个维度筛选得出了13个重点因素,用于构建企业消防安全管理体系;运用决策试验实验室法(DEMATEL)和模糊解释结构模型(FISM),分析13个重点因素得出各个影响因素的影响度、被影响度、中心度、原因度,并建立多层次递阶模糊解释结构模型。结果表明:消防安全文化、教育培训与应急演练、组织机构与职责、管理人员对消防安全管理体系影响较大;建筑消防因素、电气设施、消防设施、一般作业人员受消防安全管理体系影响较大。故企业应优先对企业消防安全管理体系整体影响较大的因素进行管控,提升企业的消防安全管理水平,减少消防安全事故发生。To effectively improve the fire safety management of enterprises,we constructed an enterprise fire safety management system comprising of 13 key factors from the four dimensions of man-machineenvironment-management.We utilized the decision making trial and evaluation laboratory and fuzzy interpretation structure model to calculate and analyze the factors that determine the influence degrees,influenced degrees,center degrees,and cause degrees of each influencing factor,and established a multi-level hierarchical fuzzy interpretation structure model.The results reveal that fire safety factors such as culture,education training,emergency drills,organization and responsibility and management personnel substantially influence the fire safety management system.Building fire factors,electrical facilities,fire facilities,general operating personnel are extensively affected by fire safety management systems.Therefore,enterprises should prioritize controlling the factors that substantially influence the overall fire safety management system of enterprises,to improve the level of fire safety management and reduce the occurrence of fire hazards.
