商用车膜片式制动气室推杆力的估计方法研究

摘　　要：针对商用车膜片式制动气室推杆力的估算方法进行研究,给出了假设前提、推导过程和估算方程表达式.通过台架试验,对比分析计算结果和试验数据的差异性,验证了估算方法的有效性,并给出误差判定指标.最后,分析了导致估算误差的主要原因和该估算方法的适用范围,阐述了其对气压制动系统的设计和优化的重要性.Some research on the estimation method for the push rod force of diaphragm brake chamber on commercial vehicles is carried out in this paper,including the assumptions,the derivation and the expression for estimating.It verifies the effectiveness of the estimation method and determines the error index by contrasting the difference of the results between the calculated values and the experiment data from the bench test.In the end,it analyzes the main reasons for estimation errors and the application scope of the estimation method.Moreover,it illustrates its importance to the design and optimization of the pneumatic braking system.
