摘  要:减速器作为纯电动车动力系统重要部件之一,其效率高低对整车经济性优劣至关重要.文中首先介绍了纯电动乘用车常用的单挡减速器及其效率台架试验方法,然后指出了现有标准的不足之处,即测试点太少和用平均值作为综合效率不合理,并给出了某乘用车减速器的效率试验条件和结果,最后利用AMESim软件搭建了整车仿真模型,计算了CLTC-P和3种油温下的综合效率.结果验证了汽车工况下计算综合效率的合理性,并显示了综合效率随着油温的升高而升高.As one of important parts of pure electric vehicle powertrain,the efficiency of transmission greatly affects the economy performance of vehicles.The single speed transmission commonly used in pure electric passenger cars and its efficiency bench test method are first introduced.Then the shortcomings of existing standard,including limited test points and the unreasonable arrangement to use average value as the comprehensive efficiency,are pointed out,Besides,the efficiency test conditions and results of an electric passenger car transmission are given.Finally,the vehicle simulation model is built by AMESim software,and the comprehensive efficiency under CLTC-P&three oil temperatures are simulated.The experimental results verify the rationality of comprehensive efficiency under vehicle working conditions,and show that the comprehensive efficiency of transmission increases with the increase of oil temperature.
