摘  要:为了解蓝点马鲛(Scomberomorus niphonius)耳石微量元素组成特征,以2018—2019年在长江口邻近海域捕获的该种类耳石样本为材料,利用激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子质谱法(laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,LA-ICP-MS)测定了18尾蓝点马鲛的耳石核心到边缘处的微量元素,分析其微量元素组成及其与钙(Ca)元素比值的变化,基于随机森林方法分析元素重要性,利用回归树分析法,尝试推断蓝点马鲛的生长阶段,并探讨其存在的差异和与栖息环境之间的关系。结果表明,蓝点马鲛耳石中主要微量元素为Mg、Na、Ca、Mn、Cu、Sr和Ba,除了Ca之外,Na和Sr的含量较高,各微量元素在不同生活史阶段的变化趋势明显。相较于其他元素,Na、Mg、Mn元素可以较好地体现蓝点马鲛生活史变动特征。根据耳石核心到边缘处的距离,蓝点马鲛生活史主要可分为5个阶段,分别为0~150μm、150~450μm、450~750μm、750~1200μm和1200μm以上,分别对应胚胎期、孵化期、索饵期、越冬期和产卵期。分析认为:Mg、Na、Ca、Mn、Cu、Sr和Ba的含量在胚胎期及孵化期显著高于索饵、越冬和产卵阶段。研究认为,蓝点马鲛耳石微量元素的差异是探究其生长及栖息地变动的有效方法,Na∶Ca、Mg∶Ca和Mn∶Ca可以作为分析其生活史变动的指标。In order to understand the characteristics of the trace element composition of Scomberomorus niphonius otoliths,this article used the otolith samples captured in waters adjacent to the Yangtze River Estuary from 2018 to 2019 as the material,and used laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(LA-ICP-MS)to measure the trace elements from the core to the edge of the otoliths of 18 individuals of S.niphonius,analyzed its trace element composition and changes in the ratio of calcium(Ca),and analyzed the importance of elements based on the random forest method.Regression tree analysis was used to infer the growth stage of S.niphonius,and explore its differences and the relationship with the habitat.The above two methods are widely used in the other fisheries studies to explore the fish life history stages.Results showed that the main trace elements in S.niphonius otoliths were Mg,Na,Ca,Mn,Cu,Sr and Ba.Except for Ca,the content of Na and Sr was relatively high.The trend of change was obvious.Compared with other elements,Na,Mg and Mn could better reflect the characteristics of the life history of S.niphonius.The life history was divided into five stages:0-150μm,150-450μm,450-750μm,750-1200μm,and above 1200μm,corresponding to the embryonic period,the hatching period,the feeding period,the overwintering period and the spawning period based on the distance from core to the edge of otolith.Analysis also showed that the concentration of Mg,Na,Ca,Mn,Cu,Sr and Ba were significantly higher at embryonic and incubation stages than that at feeding,overwintering and spawning stages.Individuals at the early developmental stage inhabited shallow coastal waters,and at the growth stage in offshore middle and upper waters.Thus,different life stages derived from otolith chemistry also represented that S.niphonius migrated from the shallow water with warm temperature at early life stage,and then moved to the offshore water in the middle water with moderate temperature,finally migrated to the overwintering ground with
