摘　　要：先天性心脏病(congenital heart diseases,CHDs)是儿童常见发育畸形,本文分析重庆儿童CHDs住院手术患儿疾病构成、住院天数、离院方式、并发症情况、重症监护情况、住院费用和支付方式,为CHDs卫生医疗资源分配和医保政策制定提供依据。CHDs住院手术患儿室间隔缺损和房间隔缺损为主要病种;右心室双出口并发症率和重症监护率最高,住院总费用最高;法洛四联症住院天数最长,日均住院费用最高;除室间隔缺损和房间隔缺损外,CHDs住院费用都是以病人自付为主;CHDs的费用支出中以材料费为主,而手术费比例较低。Congenital heart diseases(CHDs) are common developmental malformations in childhood. This paper analyzed the disease composition, length of stay, way of discharge, complications, intensive care, hospitalization expenses and payment methods of hospitalized children with CHDs in Chongqing, so as to provide basis for the allocation of health care resources and the formulation of medical insurance policy. Ventricular septal defect and atrial septal defect were the main diseases in CHDs. The patients with double outlet right ventricle had the highest rates of complications and receiving intensive care, and the highest total hospitalization cost. The patients with tetralogy of Fallot showed the longest length of stay and the highest average daily expenses. Except ventricular septal defect and atrial septal defect, the hospitalization expenses of CHDs were mainly paid out of pocket. Among all the expenses of the hospitalization, the material expense took the largest proportion, and surgery expense took small percent.
