摘 要:目的探索基于患者峰值体验的服务模式在改善住院患者睡眠中的应用效果。方法2019年11月医院开展住院患者睡眠改善活动,强调医护合作,规范输液管理,创建无痛病房、无铃化病房,优化晨间抽血流程和保洁流程,建立标准化中药助眠流程,创建良好的诊疗环境,改善住院患者的睡眠质量。结果患者睡眠改善活动实施后,降低了病房的噪音分贝,改善了病房环境和患者住院体验,提升了患者睡眠质量。结论实施基于峰值体验服务的睡眠改善活动,改善了病房整体环境,在改进患者睡眠质量的同时提升了患者就医体验。Objective To explore the effect of peak experience on improving inpatients’sleep experience.Methods In November 2019,a sleep improvement initiative was started in the hospital among inpatients,emphasizing doctor and nurse cooperation,standardizing infusion management,creating pain-free wards and bell-free wards,optimizing the blood drawing process and cleaning process in the morning,establishing a standardized traditional Chinese medicine sleep aid process,and creating a good medical environment.Results The sleep improvement initiative decreased the noise decibel of the ward,improved the environment of the ward and patients’experience,and increased the sleep quality of the patients.Conclusion The sleep improvement initiative based on peak experience can improve the overall environment of the ward and the patients’medical experience while improving the patients’sleep quality.
