摘　　要：目的探讨精益六西格玛质量管理工具降低临床检验标本不合格率的应用与效果。方法选取浙江省台州医院中心实验室2020年1—3月不符合临床检验质量要求的标本作为研究对象,寻找检验标本质量不合格的原因,提出可行性质量改进对策并实施。结果2020年1—3月医院中心实验室标本不合格率为5.3‰,实施精益六西格玛管理后,9—11月不合格率降低至1.7‰,管理改进措施实施前后实验室标本不合格率差异有统计学意义。结论基于精益管理可规范检验的质量服务流程,提高检验结果的准确性。Objective To explore the application effect of Lean Six Sigma management tool in reducing the failure rate of clinical laboratory specimens.Methods From January to March 2020,all the unqualified clinical laboratory specimens from Medical Central Laboratory of Taizhou Hospital of Zhejiang Province were included to explore the causes of these unqualified specimens.Feasible quality improvement strategies were proposed and implemented.Results The failure rate of clinical laboratory specimens in Medical Central Laboratory from January to March 2020 was 5.3‰.After the implementation of Lean Six Sigma management,the failure rate of specimens in September to November 2020 decreased to 1.7‰f,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Lean Six Sigma management can standardize the quality service process before inspection and improve the accuracy of results.
