摘 要:采用高温固相法制备了Li_(2)GeO_(3):x Er^(3+),y Yb^(3+)系列陶瓷材料,分析了铒、镱离子浓度对上转换光致发光强度的影响,得到优化的掺杂浓度分别为1.5和12 mol%.侧重讨论了980 nm半导体激光器激发下Li_(2)GeO_(3):1.5Er^(3+),12Yb^(3+)陶瓷发光颜色随泵浦功率的变化.结果表明,该样品具有从橙红色逐渐过渡到绿色的可调谐发射,调谐范围宽,且调谐方式便利.同时提出了定量描述可调谐发光材料调谐范围的表达式.A series of Li_(2)GeO_(3):Er^(3+),Yb^(3+) ceramics have been prepared by high-temperature solid-state method.The effect of Er^(3+) and Yb^(3+) concentrations on the upconversion photoluminescence intensity was analyzed and the optimized doping concentrations were obtained as 1.5 and 12 mol%,respectively.Under the excitation of 980 nm semiconductor laser,the change of luminescence colors of Li_(2)GeO_(3):1.5Er^(3+),12Yb^(3+) ceramic as a function of pump power was focused to discuss.The results show that the prepared sample presents tunable emission from orange red to green and has the advantages of wide tuning range and convenient adjusting mode.Meanwhile,the expression to describe quantitatively the tuning range of tunable luminescent materials was also put forward in this work.
