可持续生计视域下的高校贫困生创业意愿影响因素分析——基于有序Logit模型的实证研究

摘　　要：毕业生“就业难”已成为高等教育大众化阶段的常态,作为可持续生计的重要选项和创新型社会建设重要任务,高校毕业生创业的作用日益凸显。运用可持续生计理论的分析框架对高校贫困生的生计脆弱性进行分析,从自然资本、物质资本、人力资本、社会资本、金融资本等五个方面对高校贫困生的创业意愿进行识别,并着重考察了高校资助对于贫困生创业意愿的影响效应。通过有序Logit模型实证分析得出三条结论:(1)制约高校贫困生创业意愿的最主要因素是社会资本和金融资本;(2)由于贫困生在社会资本和金融资本方面的脆弱性,创业难以成为高校贫困生有效的生计策略;(3)现行的高校奖助学金体系,并未有效提升贫困生的创业意愿。Graduates’employment difficulty becomes commonplace with populism college education.With its important role in the sustainable livelihood and innovative society construction,college graduates’entrepreneurships become increasingly prominent.Applying the analytical framework of sustainable livelihood,this paper analyzes the livelihood vulnerability of poverty-stricken college students.It identifies their entrepreneurial willingness from five aspects:natural capital,material capital,human capital,social capital,and financial capital.It focuses on the impacts of college funding on their entrepreneurial intentions.Three conclusions are drawn through an empirical analysis of the ordered logit model.First,social capital and financial capital are the main factors restricting poverty-stricken students’entrepreneurial willingness.Secondly,entrepreneurship is difficult to become an effective livelihood strategy for these students,due to their vulnerability in social capital and financial capital.Thirdly,current college scholarships and grants fail to effectively enhance their entrepreneurial willingness.
