摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记在多个场合、多次论及劳动和劳动者。新时代下,育德与育才相融合,对于大学生劳动素养的培育提出了更高的要求。从大学生劳动素养内涵的探究出发,从不同角度阐明培育劳动素养的重要意义,分析当前大学生劳动素养缺失的原因,并由此提出解决措施,建议理论教育与实践养成相结合,整合各类实践资源、强化项目管理、丰富实践内容、创新实践形式、拓展实践平台、完善支持机制,教育引导学生在亲身参与中增强实践能力,提升劳动素养。General Secretary Xi Jinping frequently expounds labor and laborers on many occasions since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.In the new era,an integration of moral and talent education lays higher requirements for cultivating college students’labor literacy.Starting from a connotation exploration of college students’labor literacy,this paper expounds the significance of cultivating labor literacy from different perspectives.It analyzes the reasons for current shortages of college students’labor literacy,and puts forward solution proposals.It is advisable to combine theory with practice,integrate various practice resources,enhance project managements,enrich practice contents,innovate practice forms,expand practice platforms and improve the support mechanism.Students should be guided to enhance their practice ability and improve their labor literacy personal participation.
