摘 要:以均三甲苯为溶剂,苯酚和浓硫酸为原料,亚磷酸为催化剂合成对羟基苯磺酸,探究了温度、原料配比、老化时间、浓硫酸加入流量、溶剂用量、搅拌转速对对羟基苯磺酸收率和含量的影响。结果表明,当反应温度为100℃、原料配比n(H;SO;):n(C;H;OH)为1.1:1、老化时间为25 min、浓硫酸滴加速度为0.8 mL/min、溶剂配比n(C;H;OH):n(C;H;)为1:1.25、搅拌转速为2 kr/min时,对羟基苯磺酸收率达89.85%。该工艺具有操作简单和生产成本低等特点艺。We used homo-trimethylbenzene as solvent, phenol and concentrated sulfuric acid as raw materials and phosphite as catalyst to synthesize phenol sulfonic acid, and investigated the effects of temperature, raw material ratio, aging time, acceleration rate of concentrated sulfuric acid drops, solvent amount and stirring speed on the yield and content of phenol sulfonic acid. The results showed that when the reaction temperature was 100 ℃, the raw material ratio n(H;SO;):n(C;H;OH) was 1.1:1, the aging time was 25 min, the titration rate of concentrated sulfuric acid was 0.8 m L/min, the solvent ratio n(C;H;OH):n(C;H;) was 1:1.25, and the stirring speed was 2 kr/min, the yield of p-hydroxybenzenesulfonic acid reached 89.85%. The process with the characteristics of simple operation and low production cost.
