草酸盐法制取掺钴氧化锌的热分解过程分析

摘  要:制备了掺Co草酸盐系列粉体Co_(x)Zn_((1-x))C_(2)O_(4)·2H_(2)O(x=0、0.01、0.04),考察不同气氛对其热分解过程的影响。结果表明,UV-VIS-NIR吸收谱和XRD图谱分析表明,系列草酸盐均为单一相,Co^(2+)的引入没有改变草酸锌的晶体结构;TG-DTA分析表明,热分解过程分为二水草酸盐失水和无水草酸盐分解2步进行;无水掺钴草酸盐的分解,在氮气气氛下是吸热过程,而在空气气氛下是放热过程。Co-doped oxalate series powders Co_(x)Zn_((1-x))C_(2)O_(4)·2H_(2)O(x=0,0.01,0.04)were prepared,and the effects of different atmospheres on the thermal decomposition process were investigated.The results showed that the UV-VIS-NIR absorption spectra and XRD patterns showed that the series of oxalates were single phase,and the introduction of Co^(2+)did not change the crystal structure of zinc oxalate.TG-DTA analysis showed that the thermal decomposition process was divided into two steps:dihydrate oxalate dehydration and anhydrous oxalate decomposition.The decomposition of anhydrous cobalt oxalate is an endothermic process in nitrogen atmosphere and an exothermic process in air atmosphere.
