摘  要:分析了现有聚偏氯乙烯(PVDC)树脂生产装置存在的问题,主要有较多的手动操作,员工操作不一致使产品各批次质量不稳定;与国外先进控制相比,仍存在一定差距。通过采取聚合备料和助剂系统装置优化、投料系统和聚合温控优化等措施,实现了聚合系统零操作,岗位劳动强度大幅降低,每年产生经济效益599.6万元。The problems in the existing polyvinylidene chloride(PVDC) resin production equipment are analyzed. There are mainly more manual operations, and inconsistent staff operations make the quality of each batch of products unstable. Compared with foreign advanced control, there is still a certain gap. By taking measures such as optimization of polymerization preparation and auxiliary system device, feeding system and polymerization temperature control optimization, zero operation of polymerization system is realized, the labor intensity of post is greatly reduced, and the economic benefit is 5.996 million yuan per year.
