摘 要:为了明确电磁直驱式电子提花机相对于传统电子提花机的效率优化程度.基于牛顿-欧拉法对齿轮式传动电子提花机的传动机构进行动力学求解,得到无摩擦损耗下的电机输入功率曲线并采用ADAMS仿真验证该结论.在此基础上,考虑到运动副摩擦损耗后求解出齿轮式传动电子提花机的传动效率.依据电磁直驱式电子提花机的功率方程求解出其输出功率曲线,将两者的传动效率进行对比分析,获得新型电磁直驱电子提花机所获得的效率优化程度.分析结果表明,新型电磁直驱电子提花机舍弃掉传统电子提花机上的中间传动构件后其传动效率从原先的47.22%提升至85.91%,能够极大地降低电子提花机能耗,为新型电子提花机的研发提供一定的理论支持.This article clarifies the degree of efficiency optimization of electromagnetic direct-drive electronic jacquard machine comparing to traditional electronic jacquard machine.According to the Newton-Euler method, the dynamic analysis of the transmission mechanism of the gear-driven electronic jacquard machine was carried out.Then, the motor input power curve without friction loss was obtained and the conclusion was verified by the simulation of ADAMS.Based on this, considering the friction loss of the moving pair, the driving efficiency of the gear-type transmission electronic jacquard machine was calculated.According to the power equation of the electromagnetic direct-drive electronic jacquard machine, the output power curve was obtained.Then, the driving efficiency of them was analyzed, obtaining the degree of efficiency optimization the electromagnetic direct-drive electronic jacquard machine.The results showed that the driving efficiency of the electromagnetic direct-drive electronic jacquard machine was 85.91%,while that of the traditional machine was 47.22%.The results led to the conclusion that by abandoning the intermediate transmission components, the energy consumption could be greatly reduced by the electromagnetic direct-drive electronic jacquard machine.This provides some theoretical support for research and development.
