摘 要:针对盘式永磁同步风力发电机齿槽转矩过高引起风电系统的切入风速加大而能量捕获降低等问题,提出采用田口法降低盘式永磁电机齿槽转矩的措施.首先对盘式永磁风力发电机的齿槽转矩建立数学模型进行分析,研究不同极弧系数、槽口宽度、磁极偏移角度和斜槽角度对盘式永磁电机的齿槽转矩的影响.然后利用田口法设计正交试验表对四个因素进行多维组合分析,计算每个组合下盘式电机的齿槽转矩.结果表明:分别采用优化极弧系数、槽口宽度、磁极偏移和斜槽都在一定程度上降低了盘式电机的齿槽转矩.当采用田口法对多维因素进行组合时,齿槽转矩的削弱效果更加明显.To address the problems of excessively high cogging torque of the disk-type permanent magnet synchronous wind generator,which causes the wind power system’s cut-in wind speed to increase and energy capture to decrease,the taguchi method is proposed to reduce the cogging torque of disk permanent magnet machine.First,the mathematical model of the cogging torque of the disk-type permanent magnet wind generator is analyzed,and the influence of different pole arc coefficients,slot width,magnetic pole offset angle and skew angle on the cogging torque of the disk-type permanent magnet motor isstudied.Then Taguchi method is used to design an orthogonal experiment table to analyze the four factors in a multi-dimensional combination,and the cogging torque of the disk motor for each combination.is calculated The results show that the optimized pole arc coefficient,slot width,magnetic pole offset,and skewed slot have all reduced the cogging torque of the disk motor to a certain extent.When Taguchi method is used to combine multi-dimensional factors,the weakening effect of cogging torque is more obvious.
