棉/亚麻交织轻薄舒适性休闲衬衫面料开发实践

摘　　要：利用紧密纺棉纱与亚麻竹节纱交织开发一种轻薄、舒适性休闲衬衫面料.通过选择合适的纤维原料和纱线,再配合纱线色彩、织物组织、织物经纬密设计成功开发出轻薄、舒适性休闲衬衫面料.同时分析了所用纱线在漂染工序及面料织造工序的工艺要点.结果表明:由紧密纺棉纱和亚麻竹节纱交织开发出的面料完全满足舒适性休闲衬衫面料的要求.The light and comfortable casual shirt fabric in summer is developed by interweaving compact cotton yarn and flax slub yarn.By selecting appropriate raw materials and yarns,combined with yarn color,fabric organization and fabric warp and weft density design,a lightweight and comfortable casual shirt fabric is successfully developed.At the same time,the process points of yarn in bleaching and dyeing process and fabric in weaving process are analyzed.The results show that the fabric developed by interweaving compact cotton yarn and flax slub yarn fully meets the requirements of casual comfortable shirt fabric.
