皮肤影像在男性雄激素性秃发诊疗中的规范应用

摘　　要：目的探索男性雄激素性秃发诊断、病情评估及疗效判断的皮肤影像方法。方法采用手机或数码相机对患者额角、前顶、头旋3个固定点定期进行临床照片拍摄,拍摄前后使用同一型号手机或相机,参数设置前后一致,拍摄的位置和角度前后保持一致;采用毛发镜对患者额角、前顶、头旋和枕突4个固定点定期进行检测,采用接触式和偏振光模式,拍摄前后设备型号及放大倍数保持一致。结果这4个固定部位的皮肤影像可以有效诊断及评估男性雄激素性秃发的严重程度及临床疗效。结论规范的皮肤影像拍摄对于男性雄激素性秃发的诊治具有重要作用。Objective To explore the unified standard for taking images to diagnose,evaluate the severity and assess treatment effects of male androgenic alopecia(AGA).Method The images of temporal angle,baihui acupoint and hair whorl were regularly taken by mobile phone or digital camera before and after treatment.The images of temporal angle,baihui acupoint,hair whorl,and occipital tuberosity were regularly taken by trichoscopy.The type,setting,position,angle of taking pictures,and the type and magnification of trichoscopy using mobile phone or digital camera stayed the same.The contacting and polarized light model of trichoscopy was used to take images.Results Taking images of these four fixed points is a good method to assess the severity and evaluate the treatment effect of male AGA.Conclusion Standardized skin imaging plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of male AGA.
