新时期皮肤外科学见习教学的初步探讨

摘　　要：目的探索将皮肤外科学内容加入皮肤性病学本科见习课程后的教学效果和学生的学习意愿。方法选取中山大学附属第三医院皮肤性病科见习的95名中山大学本科生,在见习课程中新增皮肤外科学内容,以问卷形式调查见习前后学生对皮肤外科学疾病范畴和技术范畴的理解程度,以及感兴趣的教学方法。结果见习后学生对皮肤外科学疾病范畴的理解有明显进步(P<0.05),而对皮肤外科学技术范畴的理解无明显差异。98.9%的学生对皮肤外科学感兴趣,所有学生均认为本科阶段有必要学习皮肤外科学。学生最感兴趣的教学方式是查房及实际操作(71.0%)、图谱或视频演示(67.7%)和理论授课(61.3%)。结论皮肤外科学见习教学初见成效,受学生欢迎,但仍有很多改进的空间。Objective To explore the teaching effect and learning willingness of medical undergraduates in the internship of dermatology and venereology which incorporated dermatologic surgery.Methods We conducted a dermatologic surgery course for 95 medical undergraduates as a supplement to the original program.Through the questionnaires,we evaluated the students'understanding levels of diseases and skills in dermatologic surgery and discussed the teaching methods which inspired the students’interest.Results The understanding levels of dermatologic surgical diseases were significantly different(P<0.05),while levels of dermatologic surgery skills had no obvious difference.98.9%of students were interested in dermatologic surgery and all of them considered it necessary to study dermatologic surgery during undergraduate.Students were most interested in the teaching methods including surgical operations(71.0%),photo or video presentations(67.7%),and theoretical lectures(61.3%).Conclusion Internship teaching in dermatologic surgery had achieved initial success,but there were still many details that had to be improved.
