摘 要:随着智能制造技术的飞速发展,越来越多的机器人出现在工业生产制造车间中,社会生产进入“机器换人”的时代,同样打磨机器人因其具备打磨速度快、精度高等优势而逐渐在汽车生产制造车间普及。该文提出一种基于视觉反馈的车身缺陷柔性打磨系统,其依托SCAPE软件系统进行漆面缺陷智能扫描,在此基础上通过HiperMOS全链闭环柔性工艺系统控制末端执行器完成智能打磨和抛光,极大地提高了磨拋的准确度和智能化。With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing technology,more and more robots appear in industrial production and manufacturing workshops,and social production continues to enter the era of“machine replacement”.Similarly,grinding robots are gradually popularized in automobile production and manufacturing workshops because of their advantages of fast grinding speed and high precision.In this paper,a flexible polishing system for vehicle body defects based on visual feedback is proposed,which relies on the scape software system for intelligent scanning of paint defects.On this basis,the end effector is controlled by hipermos full chain closed-loop flexible process system to complete intelligent polishing and polishing,which greatly improves the accuracy and intelligence of polishing.
