摘 要:后视镜是汽车的重要零部件,汽车在行驶过程中,驾驶员的侧方视野和后方视野由后视镜提供,其可靠性尤为重要。内后视镜安装在汽车内部,位于前挡玻璃总成内侧上部,客户使用时需要手动旋转调节镜体到一定位置。当内视镜镜体的调节角度过大时,镜体和支座的调节配合位置出现结构错位,镜头易脱落,从而无法有效提供后方视野。该文针对汽车内视镜的镜体旋转调节结构进行分析,确认了客户使用时出现的镜体脱落的原因,并通过对内视镜支座球头的结构进行优化,提高内视镜调节破坏强度限值,保证正常操作下内视镜的安全可靠性,同时满足操作性能要求。Rearview mirror is an important part of automobile.In the process of automobile driving,the driver's side vision and rear vision are provided by the rearview mirror,and its reliability is particularly important.The inner rearview mirror is installed inside the car,located inside the front windshield assembly,the customer needs to manually adjust the mirror body to a certain position.When the adjustment Angle of the endoscope body is too large,the adjustment position of the mirror body and the support appears structural dislocation,and the lens is easy to fall off,so that the rear view cannot be effectively provided.In this paper,by analyzing and studying the rotation adjustment structure of vehicle interior mirror,the cause of mirror abscission while customers using is confirmed.And through optimizing the structure of the support ball,the limit value of the interior mirror's adjustment failure strength is improved so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the interior mirror under normal operation and meet the requirements of operating performance.
