摘　　要：安全带主要部件是卷收器,安全带是一种比较重要的保护设备,属于设备的安全性保障品。在乘坐飞机、汽车等各种交通工具的时候,人类都离不开安全带。尤其是在一些高空作业的时候,技艺表演的时候,都需要安全带的保护。该次设计对卷收器构成和各部件工作原理进行分析,优化汽车安全带卷收器结构。充分考虑安全带卷收器结构构成和功能,为研发人员的改进与提高安全带保护性能提供全新的思路。The main component of the safety belt is the retractor.The safety belt is an important protective equipment and belongs to the safety guarantee of the equipment.When taking planes,cars and other means of transportation,humans can't live without seat belts.Especially in some high-altitude operations and skill performances,safety belts are needed for protection.This design analyzes the composition of the retractor and the working principle of each component,and optimizes the structure of the automobile safety belt retractor.Fully consider the structure and function of the safety belt retractor,and provide a new idea for the R&D personnel to improve and improve the safety belt protection performance.
