摘　　要：当前中国汽车产业成长快速且车辆技术也在不断进步,所以对当前汽修人才的技术和专业知识需求在逐步增加。中国国内汽修行业从业人员的数量相对短缺而且部分工作人员职业道德不足,这在给中国汽修专业发展提供机会的同时,也提出了新的挑战。因此,该文就汽车技术发展过程中对中职汽车维修专业的挑战做出了具体的分析,以供参考。At present,China's automobile industry is growing rapidly and vehicle technology is constantly improving,so the demand for the technology and professional knowledge of current auto repair talents is gradually increasing.The number of employees in China's domestic auto repair industry is relatively short and some staff have insufficient professional ethics,which not only provides opportunities for the development of China's auto repair profession,but also poses new challenges.Therefore,this paper makes a specific analysis of the challenges of the secondary vocational automobile maintenance profession in the process of automobile technology development for reference.
